"It’s a blend of over 25 different varietals (both red and white), which is the way it has always been done in Portugal. This has aromatics and wonderful acidity from the white grapes, and a punch, gravitas, and structure from the red grapes. About the winemaker: 

You could say Tiago from Folias de Baco started his wine career when he would follow his grandpa around in the vineyards. But after studying in Oregon, Tiago refined his style and created wines that are very much his own while paying homage to Portuguese tradition." — Tamy Rofe
