Tasting notes on the wine:

"This is a great wine for dipping your toe into the skin-contact wine pond — though if you’ve been in this Club for a bit, you’re probably already a pro. Or, if your previous experience with orange wine left you thinking it all tastes like feet, this bottle will change your mind. This prickly, bright skin-contact wine tastes like wildflowers and peach fruit cups, and is begging to be consumed outdoors in the sunshine. I’d love this with something herbaceous and spicy, like a crispy rice salad." — Sarah Horvitz

About the winemaker:

"The Schlossmuhlenhof estate was started in 1846 and is now in its sixth generation. They pick early to preserve mouth-watering acidity, farm organically, and keep things clean and terroir-driven while intervening as little as possible in the cellar." — Sarah Horvitz
