Tasting notes on the wine:
"The color is also pretty phenomenal, an amber hue in the glass but almost a deep salmon in the bottle. This wine specifically reminded me of Turkish dried apricots, orange peel, rose water, and butternut squash. It smells like your grandma baking something and in that sense, it’s quite comforting. Some folks may be into having a glass or two on its own, but I believe the wine will truly shine when paired with shellfish, chicken, and both delicate and hard cheeses." — Kyla Peal
About the winemaker:
"Based out of Lemnos, Greece, Manolis Garalis is a third-generation winemaker from the island and specializes in making minimal-intervention wines from the native grapes available to him. This bottling is 100% limnio, an ancient and herbaceous red grape." — Kyla Peal
