Tasting notes on the wine:
"On the nose this wine was not for the faint of heart, especially if you don’t usually gravitate towards natural wines. But something a little different never hurt anyone. Luckily, the palate didn’t go down that same path. It’s a full-bodied wine with notes of dried cherries, plum sauce, strawberries, and herbs like rosemary and thyme." — Kyla Peal
About the winemaker:
"Based out of Lemnos, Greece, Manolis Garalis is a third-generation winemaker from the island and specializes in making minimal-intervention wines from the native grapes available to him. This bottling is 100% limnio, an ancient and herbaceous red grape." — Kyla Peal
