Tasting notes on the wine:
"This has got your classic shiraz black and blue fruit, savory and warm spices, and roasted coffee beans but without the cloying heaviness that makes it hard to drink another glass. It’s easy to defer to big boy meats – roasted joints or racks of ribs, but really, this can be paired with something like grilled swordfish with olive oil and basil, or seared duck breast with figs and rosemary." — Paula de Pano
About the winemaker:
"Colab & Bloom is a collaboration between like-minded friends, Norm Doole, Mike Farmilo and Nick Whiteway, to create expressive and drinkable wines with abundant flavor. These bold, bright and colorful wines are adventurous in region, taste and variety. The common ground that all Colab & Bloom wines share is that they express a sense of place, made to be delicious and enjoyed in good company." — Little Peacock
