Tasting notes on the wine:
"Inspired by lighter expressions of Bordeaux, this cabernet-dominant blend is a parade of blueberries and blackberries, and maybe even a hint of blue raspberry Icee. It has enough tannin to notice but not enough to distract, making this perfect for a dinner party, or great to drink on its own in a La-Z-Boy. I’d pair this with coq au vin, or anything braised in red wine." — Sarah Horvitz
About the winemaker:
"Broc Cellars has quickly become one of my favorite modern producers. They make youthful natural wine, sourced from organically farmed vineyards. Plus their website actually has tons of useful information on it! Click on those tech sheets and revel in the details! How’s that for modern?" — Sarah Horvitz
