Tasting notes on the wine:
"Here we have a blend of pinot grigio and sauvignon blanc grapes that have been slowly seeping color from their skins for 90 days! The result is a beautiful amber-gold color with layers of savory flavors and textures. It’s like opening a bag of dried fruits and nuts while walking through the woods: peaches and apricots, papaya skins, cashews and marcona almonds, plus a touch of cumin and a whiff of earth. It’s somehow savory and fruity at the same time — a complexity that makes it well-matched to bold foods, from Indian cuisine to a Thanksgiving dinner." — June Rodil
