Tasting notes on the wine:

"What's to be discovered in this bottle is tons of fruit, from strawberries to candied grapes. I would enjoy this bottle on a sunny day at the beach. It carries just the right amount of acidity to drink on its own or share with a group of friends and a plate of Baja-style fish tacos." — Jirka Jireh

About the winemaker: 

"Emme winemaker Rosalind Reynolds decided to split the grapes due to pressure from nearby wildfires. Half the batch or carignan underwent carbonic fermentation (when the grape berries are sealed whole in a fermenter without crushing the skins, yielding a very light representation of the fermented grape juice), while the other half was done as a direct press rosé (the grapes are pressed but given only a short window of time in which the juice is left in contact with the skins). The two were blended, resulting in this light-bodied wine that shows Reynolds's delicate hand. Reynolds also makes an effort to push the conversations around wine to be more inclusive, especially for queer individuals like herself, as evidenced by her playful wink to anyone queer enjoying her wines with her 'Tell Your Sister I Say Hi' cuvee." — Jirka Jireh
